Nice hotel with best hotel stuff.
1. The best of the best was the approach of the staff. Everything was possible, no request was ignored or forgotten. Everybody was constantly smiling and trying to make us feel well. I am pretty frequent traveler, and I can tell that this was really great. 2. Food was great. Fusion of Arabic, Asian, Indian (well, it is still Asian, but you know what I mean :-) ), Italian and Russian cuisine. 3. Very nice private beach with very hot water... which is what we expected and what we like. 4. Room and hotel in general was very nicely designed. 5. Really good internet connection all over the resort.
1. The hotel should really hire skilled maintenance person with focus on detail. This is not so much about the investment, it is about the details. Few examples: a) The toilet nearby the big pool in the resort area was serviced, what is fine. But the service man was not able to put the flushing button back to its place properly. Small detail, no costs... but big effect on the image. b) Anytime, the service man was using a sealant, it was applied very unprofessionally. I mean... the service operation served its purpose, but the impression was terrible. c) Some tiles in the pool nearby the reception were loose. You would just need 1 day of skilled service man and 200 Euros... and the impression will be much better. 2. Fact, that the pool bar in the large pool was not included in the all inclusive package. At the same time, the pool with the pool bar, that was included was closed after roughly 20:00. So we had to take drinks from one bar and bring it to another pool. :-( 3. Hotel could consider better access to the public beach. If we wanted to enjoy the waves, we had to go out of the hotel, take the road and go to the beach without the waves protection wall. But all this are not major problems... I still gave the hotel 9/10 and I would definitely recommend it.
